    AI Solutions Director, Telco

    Hybrid (UK - global travel)

    £120, ,000 (+bonus +bens)

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Director to join our team and lead key accounts within the Telco sector. As the AI Solutions Director, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, fostering client relationships, and delivering innovative AI solutions that align with client needs and our growth strategy.

    Specific Delivery Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our value proposition and engage with key stakeholders to build strong relationships.
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of large programs, ensuring excellence and substantial value for our clients.
    • Identify opportunities for value creation and develop solutions that support client strategic objectives.
    • Proactively network to generate new business opportunities and shape bespoke solutions.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop product strategies and support marketing activities.
    • Support account delivery teams and contribute to people development and succession planning.

    Relevant Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably within regulated sectors such as utilities, telco, or infrastructure.
    • Proven track record of building trusted senior-level relationships and delivering valued business propositions.
    • Experience in working with new ventures or scaling environments is preferable.
    • Consultative selling skills with a focus on business development in the Telco sector.
    • Knowledge of data, software, and AI technologies, with the ability to adapt offerings based on sector trends and regulatory changes.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in end-to-end program delivery.
    • Strategic approach to business development and proven capability to drive sales and grow accounts.
