Join Indigo Slate as a Learning Consultant

Indigo Slate, a company under the Zensar umbrella and sibling to Foolproof, is seeking a passionate Learning Consultant (LC) to enhance partner readiness programs. As an LC, you will collaborate with partners to strengthen their teams and skills, aligning them with business goals for learning and certification.

Role Overview

The LC serves as a consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the operational facets of learning programs, focusing on certification, tools, processes, training, and exams.

Position Summary

LCs play a pivotal role in advising, guiding, and implementing learning plans. They establish processes for seamless learner journeys within partner organizations, ensuring ongoing program support and updates.

If you are a motivated, strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills and a knack for developing plans, you'll thrive in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

Conduct partner needs analysis
Devise strategic learning plans for stakeholders
Recommend relevant learning experiences
Identify key learner audiences
Create custom learning plans for partners
Monitor learner progress and address issues
Analyze learning statistics for informed decisions
Set partner support expectations
Regularly engage with partner representatives
Assess strategies and propose solutions
Present information effectively to stakeholders
Suggest improvements and implement solutions
Develop and introduce training procedures

Criteria

We are looking for candidates with:

5+ years of experience in Learning and Development
3+ years designing Enterprise Learning Solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in storytelling
Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
Preferably a Master's Degree
