    Business Development Manager at Leading Advisory firm

    Location: London, with hybrid working

    As a BD Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Creating and executing strategic BD plans for service lines
    • Leading client targeting and development efforts
    • Owning impactful thought leadership campaigns
    • Managing key client and referrer relationships
    • Providing pitch strategy guidance to senior stakeholders
    • Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns
    • Driving important BD projects

    This role is ideal for a Senior BD Executive hungry for growth or an experienced BD Manager seeking fresh challenges in an environment that encourages expertise ownership.

    The ideal candidate will bring:

    • Prior BD and/or Marketing experience in professional services
    • Demonstrated success in strategic BD and influencing senior stakeholders
    • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proven relationship building expertise
    • Keen attention to detail
