    Description

    TPXimpact is expanding their Growth Capability to increase their client base and expand their existing accounts to deliver real impact by ensuring our clients have access to the right information, at the right time, and in the right format to support them in making great decisions that in turn drive positive impact.

    We aim to achieve this by balancing profit and purpose, delivering projects with impact, taking accountability for our actions and developing our craft.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for an Engagement Manager to fulfil the following responsibilities.
  • Building win/win collaborative relationships with one or more of D&I Clients.
  • Utilising tools like white space analysis to support the client in defining a future strategic roadmap.
  • Developing the strategic roadmap into new opportunities that will deliver impact while utilising the skills and resources of TPXimpact.
  • Be responsible for turning opportunities into "won' work and support the Delivery Manager in transitioning this into a delivery project.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of the customer relationship and have the accountability for billing and invoicing the client, managing the clients expectations and Identify and work with the relevant team members to solve any issues that require further escalation above the Delivery Manager.
  • Work with the Delivery Manager to accurately estimate the effort required for delivering a project and create the contract with the client and manage any negotiations.
  • Works closely with clients and delivery managers to understand high level project requirements and create statements of work. Identifying risks, communicating plans, planning assumptions and communicating progress to a range of stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for incident management and SLAs so that clients are supported effectively.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to deliver Client Case Studies and marketing.
