    Description

    Business Development & Marketing Associate

    Remote, £26k

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Launch and oversee marketing and business development initiatives to create leads and raise brand recognition.
    • Produce captivating content for advertising campaigns across a range of media.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge a campaign's effectiveness.
    • To find areas for development and improvement, conduct qualitative market and consumer research.

    Key Requirements:

    • Previous experience in online marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
    • Strong validation skills with the ability to conduct effective customer and market research.
    • Experience in content creation including copywriting, image editing, and video creation.

    Nice to Have:

    • SEO expertise to improve advertising and content for search engines.
    • Sales expertise to comprehend client demands and increase conversions.
    • Expertise in using photo and video editing programs to produce better material.
    • Capabilities in illustration to provide captivating images for promotional materials.
