    Business Development - Lamberhurst / London (field based) £35,000 + London Weighting + uncapped OTE

    Come be part of an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, forward-thinking Sales Professional to join a highly accomplished, nationwide logistics solutions provider and play a crucial role in their ongoing growth.

    THE DAY TO DAY:

    • Drive new business growth and nurture existing client relationships to maximize earnings, surpass sales targets, and KPI's.
    • Undertake field sales visits and branch meetings twice a week.
    • Responsible for scheduling weekly sales initiatives, analyzing client data, and working closely with the wider Operations team to create customized and profitable client solutions.

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Demonstrable face-to-face sales background with personal sales objectives and minimum 1-year field sales and new business creation experience.
    • Results-driven, adept at influencing and effective communication, proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools.
    • Hold a valid UK driving license and have your own transportation for field sales.
