- Drive new business growth and nurture existing client relationships to maximize earnings, surpass sales targets, and KPI's.
- Undertake field sales visits and branch meetings twice a week.
- Responsible for scheduling weekly sales initiatives, analyzing client data, and working closely with the wider Operations team to create customized and profitable client solutions.
- Demonstrable face-to-face sales background with personal sales objectives and minimum 1-year field sales and new business creation experience.
- Results-driven, adept at influencing and effective communication, proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Hold a valid UK driving license and have your own transportation for field sales.
