    Chief Technology Officer London SaaS company AWS Cloud Platform Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will work to align the technology strategy with the business vision.

    They will join as a CTO to join the team at a time of huge growth for the business to structure the team and have a vision for their operations over the next 5 years.

    The ideal candidate will display leadership, organisation and knowledge, and have excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will.

    * Lead in the prioritisation of technology-related initiatives within the company both from a strategic and operational perspective aligning with group company goals.


    • Oversee the management of a multi-disciplined team with a varied skill set including backend/frontend developers, QA, security and Dev Ops.
    • Responsible for coaching and retention of key hires.
    • Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Product and the Product team in delivering industry-leading solutions.
    • Research and development of new and emerging technologies.
    • Contribute to team process improvement adhering to industry best practice and principles.
    • Provide team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform the role to a high standard.
    • Provide feedback/reporting to Management/Board of Directors on a regular and ad hoc basis. Ideally you will have...
    • Experienced managing a small team of Developers/Engineers
    • Experienced working with both technical and non - technical people
    • Ability to drive a team forward and maximise everyone's potential
    • Experienced ideally within a 24/7 AWS environment.
    • Experience managing and developing individuals ensuring roles align with the business strategy.
