    Description

    As an Assistant Manager you'llinspire and lead your team, use your passion to grow the businessand help us change for the better. You will work onsite, acrossboth retail and pharmacy, reporting to the StoreManager.

    About therole

    • You will lead your teamto deliver business growth by providing care to our customers andpatients
    • You will work at pace and react to thechanging needs of the customer
    • Deliver asustainable and efficient retail and pharmacy operating platform inyour store to ensure stock availability, control costs, minimiseloss and meet our customers'expectations
    • Conduct regular reviews, auditsand risk assessments to protect patient and publicsafety
    What you'll need tohave
    • An understanding of how to leadand deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement instore to achieve performance goals through a team - operationalexperience is essential
    • A collaborativepersonality and able to succeed in a team centredapproach
    • A passion for keeping up to date withyour own learning and development
    Itwould be great if you alsohave
    • Confidence with navigating andembracing new technology
    • Experience working ina similar role at a largeretailer
