- Driving the daily performance of warehouse operatives to achieve or exceed budgeted productivity and quality targets.
- Implement the daily staffing plan, ensuring optimum output at all times.
- Deliver training on operational processes including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conducting team briefings, training and 121s along with return to work interviews for initial absences
- Carry out duties in the warehouse such as picking, packing.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment including knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution Processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent time management
- Previous experience of leading a small team would be highly desirable.

About The Role
As a team leader in our warehouse you will be the first point of contact for team members in the achievement of daily targets, set by the management team, with a focus on guiding and developing your team.

By becoming a Warehouse team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, assuring the in-time delivery of possible life-saving products.
Shift Pattern - We are recruiting team leaders to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
Rates of Pay - We offer pay of £11.53 made up of basic pay and additional shift allowances/night rates. Additional overtime is available.
