    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Manager to lead and develop our SDR team.

    Recite Me is a leading provider of web accessibility solutions, committed to making online content accessible to everyone. Our innovative technology empowers users with disabilities to navigate and interact with digital content effortlessly. We partner with organizations worldwide to create inclusive online experiences.

    As the SDR Team Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales pipeline and contributing to our growth strategy.

    To excel in this role you will need excellent time-management and organizational skills to balance the dual responsibilities of being an effective player/manager.

    This means leading by example, ensuring strong individual performance and targets are achieved.

    Working closely with the Sales Manager to:
    Hit weekly, monthly and quarterly new business KPIs for discovery calls booked which lead to Sales opportunities being created

    • Formulate creative and effective messaging via phone, email and social media to grab attention and build interest
    • Qualify prospects before booking meetings or demonstrations with a Sales Executive

    Leadership & Management:

    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, ongoing
    Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for


    Training & Development:

    • identifying training needs.
    • landscape to inform training content and strategies.
    • Proven track record of success in an SDR or similar sales role, with at least 2- 3 years of experience.
    • Previous experience managing a team of SDRs or sales professionals
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus, as is a passion for web accessibility and digital inclusion.
    Newcastle/Gateshead Quays HQ (remote considered)
