    Regional Sales Manager – South Region

    At Brakes, we are on a mission for substantial growth. If you are keen on shaping the future of our Framework business, steering a team at the forefront of foodservice trends, then we have an exciting opening for a Regional Sales Manager for the South region.

    As the leader of a Regional Field Sales Team, you will guide them towards exceeding sales targets, maximizing profits and margins, retaining current clients, acquiring new ones, and actively participating in crafting, evaluating, and refining the Regional Business Plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Exceed team budget and P&L targets and assist in achieving divisional budget.
    • Identify and capitalize on Statement of Work (SOW) and New Business prospects.
    • Create and execute strategies for customer retention, fostering long-term strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships.
    • Engage with Framework partners at local and Head Office levels.
    • Guide and empower your team to grow and oversee a profitable portfolio consistently.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like marketing, merchandising, and Operations to drive optimal results for customers and achieve common KPIs.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in sales management.
    • Adept at strategy development and implementation.
    • Skilled in cultivating and managing relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
    • Track record of leading a successful team of field sales professionals to achieve results in new and existing business.
    • Highly analytical and financially savvy.
