    Senior Market Manager Luxe Location:
    London
    05 p/h PAYE (Approx.

    £This client is a market leader in the homestays hospitality sector, allowing you to book anything from a short stay in some of the worlds most unique vacation rental properties to a longer stay in a townhouse in London via their platform.

    As a Senior Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing Luxe host accounts and supply acquisition of high quality inventory in EMEA.

    As someone who knows the mission and values inside out, you will proactively support new and existing Luxe hosts to drive account optimization, acquisition, and growth.

    You will also work closely with Luxe Guest Services and Luxe Content & Quality teams, as well as cross functional teams to drive outputs.

    Source and build best-in-class partnerships with the luxury hosts and top-connected individuals in EMEA for access to the most elite, exclusive, luxury homes in the region.

    Prospect new potential hosts through external research, networking, and partnerships with luxury homes & real estate professionals.

    Add net new hosts by qualifying and moving leads through the funnel as quickly as possible, achieving defined quarterly goals.

    Own market launches including supporting lead generation and coordinating cross functionally with home quality, guest services, and other teams.
    provide data-driven insights and take actions to support hosts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual goals
    Educate hosts on all significant product changes and cascade feedback on product and policy to the relevant internal stakeholders
    Maintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners so that you can provide the right support to your clients
    Develop strong and long lasting partnerships to ensure long term market success Drive actions that propel business objectives and Luxe host success
    Autonomously define growth opportunities across existing and new hosts and independently develop data-driven action plans

    Serve as the luxury expert at this organization, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to grow the business in EMEA.

    Prioritize a Host-centric approach to ensure we deliver on the brand promises and highlight the opportunities that the organization brings as a platform.

    prepare and deliver content in format(s) that are clear and informative. Leverage internal data & external insights to drive decision-making as well as influence hosts toward optimal performance

    7+ years of relevant work experience with sales and account management background as well as an understanding of strategic partnerships and/or marketing and operational experience
    ~ Experience working in luxury travel or real estate, in a capacity where you had to work cross-functionally and across diverse teams to influence change
    ~ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills, in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing startup environment
