    An experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with at least 3 years of MSPexperience is needed to join the team at this leading Managed ServiceProvider based in Shenley on a full-time basis.

    This is a client-facing role.

    You needto be able to communicate well with clients (new and existing) and enjoyestablishing relationships and building trust and confidence.

About The Role As an MSP,they provide a wide range of managed services, including productivity,connectivity, security and backup.

    You will be expected to have a deepknowledge of these products enabling you to deal with implementations,migrations, support and training the team in their use.

    You will be takingon complex tickets and generally assisting the helpdesk team. You should beable to help them aspire to increase their knowledge and develop theirskills.

    Their clients need to operate securely and safely, so you will needto be able to advise on information security, cyber safety, and GDPR bestpractices.


    Required Experience:
    MSP Experience (at least 3 years)

    Strong2nd line technical skillset Microsoft 365 and Azure Web and Internet (DNS,DKIM and DMARC) Desktop Computing on both Windows and OSX AzureAD and localActive Directory management RMM tools (they use Ninja and ConnectWise)Experience with Cyber Essentials or other compliance audits RequiredSkills:

    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Experience withincident management Own a vehicle with a valid UK driving licence Patient,understanding and calm under pressure.

    Hard-working,/ honest andresponsible Keen to learn and happy to accept feedback Good time-keepingand the ability to prioritise work-load

    Desirable Skills:
    MicrosoftTerminal Services, including brokers and gateways Citrix (delivery ofRemote Desktops and Remote Apps)

    Voice over IP (Hosted PBX, SIP handsets,Microsoft Teams Voice) Basic understanding of CCTV and Access Controlnetworking requirements Supporting and working with suppliers to supportsoftware packages such as Sage, IRIS, & CCH WordPress or HTML/CSSBenefits:
