    DSI Underground UK Ltd.

  • Manager role

    • Your responsibilities:

  • Searching for potential markets for DSI, identifying potential strategic clients, establishing and maintaining good business relationships with them
  • Identifying market size by sales volume and by product
  • Preparing sales budgets and forecasts based on client, segment and product
  • Ensuring best possible profitability for the business based on market conditions
  • Periodic visits to the clients and markets assigned
  • Setting global processes, ways of working and expectations pertaining to entrance to new customer business
  • Leading a team of 4 professionals

    • Our requirements
    Mandatory:

  • Over 5 years' experience in a similar position in manufacturing industry / civil engineering
  • University degree in commercial studies or civil engineering, technical studies or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of customer service
  • Technical knowledge required to provide technical advice to clients (preferably civil engineering)
  • Knowledge of market conditions by level of competitiveness (high, medium, low) as well as by level of credit exposure risk (high, medium or low)
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
