    Comms Planning Account Director- Independent Agency

    This agency is an leading media independent agency that prides itself in being a specialist for worldwide communication to children, young families and the entertainment sector.

    They prioritise their employees by providing them with continuous training and development on the job.

    They represent some of the biggest brand across the UK and they are looking for a comms planning account director to join them.

    Work with exciting prestigious travel clients that plan creative campaigns and have aggressive growth plans
    Most structured media training across all UK agencies
    As the Planning Account Director, your responsibilities will include:
    Taking ownership of the day-to-day client engagement, building a strong relationship and trust with the clients

    Overseeing campaign planning and strategy in the UK market and ensuring the activation teams deliver in line with strategy.

    Using data, research and results to uncover insight and growth opportunities for clients
    Liaising with other internal and external teams to collate plans and implementation and identify strategic alignment
    ~ Demonstrate an approachable leadership style and support and develop you team with clear roles and developing clear career path and goals

    Have solid planning knowledge in media strategy and planning across offline and online channels such as tv, print, radio, paid search, social and programmatic channels
    Experience in account management and dealing with clients
    Strong communicator and presenter that can simplify the digital world to client
    Previous experience in management and training of junior team members
    Senior recruitment consultant
