    Description

    Working within a small team based in Central Leeds and reporting to the Head of Finance you will work as part of a small finance team with the focus being to provide transactional finance support to the wider finance team and other areas of the business if needed.

    Finance duties of the duties are to include:

    • Billing Compliance: Verify the accuracy of invoices against charges, ensuring proper input into the system as per the billing sheets provided by the manager.
    • Supplier Invoice Auditing:

    Finance Inbox Management:
    Monitor the finance inbox, promptly responding to queries and facilitating effective communication within the team.

    • Update and maintain cash flow forecasts, contributing to accurate financial planning.
    • Aged Creditors/AP Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations at month-end for aged creditors/accounts payable, ensuring financial accuracy.
    • Sales and COS Input: Assist with the daily input of Sales and Cost of Sales (COS) for one of the subsidiaries, reconciling them back to the bank statement.
