    Description

    Job Title: Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator at Battersea

    Battersea's Human Resources department collaborates with leaders, managers, teams, and individuals across the organization, offering expert advice and support.

    Within the HR department, the Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) Team strategically enhances organizational capacity through the implementation of the L&OD Strategy.

    L&OD collaborates with the organization to develop solutions aligned with the mission, strategy, culture, and people, incorporating both face-to-face and digital learning experiences.

    The L&OD Coordinator plays a vital role in a team dedicated to culture and people development, earning trust throughout Battersea.

    Responsibilities include coordinating, planning, and administrating L&OD Team activities, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring a responsive and customer-focused service.

    The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced coordinator or administrative role in HR, learning and development, or organizational development, demonstrating high accuracy, attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
