    Sales Account Executive - London, United Kingdom - Finitas

    Description
    Our client is a European headquartered start up servicing corporate clients.

    They offer a platform for digital board performance reviews that allows companies to track their board's effectiveness, alignment and composition over time.

    Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be the 'face' of the company and trusted partner for their clients.

    You will be responsible for increasing the clients value and providing exceptional services.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Act as the main point of contact for client relationships, supporting them to fully understand, and use the platform servicesSupport the development of strategic relationships with clients; monitoring service levels alongside supporting further business development opportunitiesDeliver dedicated support for client driven initiatives, taking the lead on projects and engaging the relevant client teams to deliver against project objectivesProvide training and basic technical support to clientsEngage with other teams to increase effectiveness and efficiency of systems and processes to improve the client experienceSupport the provision of appropriate frameworks and controls to ensure adherence to procedures and policiesFoster a spirit of teamwork and unity within the team and between departmentsThe CRM will help to retain and develop existing business with clientsRequirements:3-5 years solid, demonstrable, relevant experience in a B2B client facing roleExperience dealing confidently and professionally with senior management and other key business stakeholdersStrong knowledge of corporate governance or a passion to learn about thisClear communication style, both verbally and in writingAbility to manage client expectations to meet client needs and business demandsAbility to manage increasing levels of responsibilities, deadlines and client/partner relationshipsExperience of working within, or leading, project teamsHave previous experience selling/supporting a SaaS platform
