- Carrying out new business appointments, offering the best IT support solutions for potential clients.
- Carrying out follow-ups, both face-to-face and remotely to finalise new client wins.
- Working with the marketing team to help implement new campaigns.
- Keeping all CRM systems up to date.
- Building and maintaining relationships with different Sharp IT offices to improve engagement, referrals, and local knowledge.
- A friendly, personable and driven attitude, keen to listen, learn and grow.
- Proven ability to use a consultative sales model to win business.
- Great verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence client stakeholders at all levels to secure business.
