    Description

    Sweco Building Control are currently looking for a talented and motivated Apprentice Building Control Surveyor to join our team in our London office.

    As an Apprentice Building Control Surveyor, you will study for a BSc(Hons) in Building Control with the University College of Estate Management which is taught as an online course giving you the flexibility to combine your work and studies to suit you.

    During your time as an Apprentice, you will spend 80% of your time on project work and 20% of time studying.

    Working with Sweco will give you the opportunity to work on landmark projects and schemes of all shapes and sizes.

    Our Building Regulation team work on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects and you will have the opportunity to broaden your expertise and work collaboratively in exciting, transformational projects.

    An interest and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
    ~ The ability to communicate in a fluent and positive manner with Clients and other team members and to produce written documents in clear English.
    ~GSCE Grade C or 4 and above in English (or equivalent).
    ~ Good Microsoft Office skills.
