    What you'll be doing

    Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Delivery Manager within the UK Operations division. This position falls under our Corpay^ line of business based in Swindon or Walsall, UK.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our growing Delivery team supporting the smooth running of our project and business lines.

    This is a full-time hybrid role, working 3 days a week onsite and 2 days from home.

    What you'll be doing

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change for the business through effective system ownership. You will work closely with both the Swindon Delivery team and the Solutions team in Walsall. Under the guidance of the Head of Delivery, you will champion our key systems, ensuring they constantly evolve to meet the needs of the business. Additionally, you will provide an invaluable framework of application support, helping the business leverage these systems effectively.

    Key Accountabilities

  • Support implementation of the customer contact strategy within the Delivery team, ensuring effective use of UCX, GFN, and E-flex for optimal customer interactions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
  • Work with the Head of Delivery to understand key initiatives and prioritize them for development, ensuring successful execution.
  • Focus on team development, fostering knowledge sharing and cross-training to eliminate single points of failure.
  • Identify pain points and collaborate with the wider business to develop solutions for improvement.
  • Manage key stakeholders related to the Delivery team, keeping them informed on progress and addressing concerns.
  • Implement and maintain reporting systems, providing data to the Head of Delivery for overall performance analysis.
  • Contribute to achieving operational and customer excellence goals, aligning with wider Operations' objectives.
  • Escalate IT incidents affecting operations, collaborate with IT to identify improvements in systems and processes, and communicate any defects for resolution.
  • Participate in discussions with the wider management team on optimizing business processes, ensuring efficient operations within the wider team.
  • Manage assigned projects relevant to the Delivery team, ensuring successful completion within deadlines.

  • Excellent outcome-based leader.
  • Strong management and ability to get the best out of wider team.
  • Experienced manager with at least 5+ years of successful experience in the delivery of high-level initiatives
  • Proven planning and implementation skills; including project management delivery.
  • Proven track record of successful delivery
  • Excellent technical acumen
  • Strong product owner skillset and experience
  • IT literate.
