    Business Development Executive

    • Major Coffee Company
    • Contract Catering & Healthcare National Account Team.
    • Ideally based or within commute of the – Luton/St Alban region
    • Base salary. bonus, benefits and company car.

    Role Highlights:

    • Hunt for new business opportunities and secure contracts to meet company targets.
    • Drive profit growth and account development within your designated region.
    • Provide top-notch support and training to ensure coffee excellence across all sites.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Exceed targets through new business acquisition and organic account development.
    • Plan and execute targeted sales activities.
    • Deliver on-site coffee training sessions and maintain equipment standards.
    • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and buyers.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Essential: Proven track record in new business sales and field-based roles.
    • Desirable: Experience in coffee or food service industry.
    • Essential: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Desirable: Knowledge of market trends and competitors.
    • Full Driving License
