    Trade Floor Support Analyst - INSIDE IR35 - 6-month rolling contract - £350 PER DAY

    Join a dynamic team as a Senior Trade Floor Support Analyst and play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless Front Office Trade Floor/Treasury desktop environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and resolve Front Office-related issues, collaborating with application owners, infrastructure teams, IT security, and vendors for effective problem management.
    • Provide English language support to Front Office colleagues across the EMEA region, considering cultural and language differences.
    • Foster collaborative relationships within the IT division, locally and globally.
    • Gather and understand business users' requirements.
    • Cover the Trading floor IT support contact, handling calls, creating tickets, and escalating as needed.
    • Support walk-up and email requests, managing tickets and escalations.

    ESSENTIAL:

    • Must have financial services experience
    • Must have experience working on the trade floor
