- Processing invoices and credit notes;
- Sending invoices to customers
- Dealing with any invoicing queries and investigating missing/incorrect invoices;
- Liaising with colleagues to answer any outstanding queries;
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer invoices;
- Entering invoicing data accurately and efficiently onto online hub systems;
- Keeping accurate accounts records
- Any other administrative tasks required e.g. filing;
- Dealing with any finance related queries;
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal;
- Good telephone manner - confident to liaise over the telephone;
- Experience within an administration role preferrable
- Strong administration skills (Use of Online systems as well as Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Acts with professional integrity and honesty to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Clean Driving Licence as there could be requirement to travel to offices in other ports
