    Role Description:

    Lead and manage a project management team of 15-20 people, offering strategic direction, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee a diverse portfolio of real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Develop and implement project management strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize project performance and efficiency. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance, identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions and value engineering opportunities. Ensure compliance with relevant planning regulations, building codes, health and safety standards, and industry best practices. Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth and market expansion.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate, or a related field. Relevant years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering real estate development projects. Strong leadership and management skills, backed by prior experience in leading and mentoring a project management team of 15-20 people. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of the Birmingham and Midlands real estate market, planning regulations, and building codes. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    Package:

    £70K - £80K+ Benefits + Bonus
