    Description
    Client Director – Qualitative Research
    Medium sized Global Research agency
    Flexible working/option to work fully remote within the UK
    Work directly with the MD of Qualitative Research to grow the offering

    This role entails being a strong Qualitative researcher, adept at both hands-on work and commercial building.

    You will collaborate closely with the Managing Director of Qualitative research, to expand and develop relationships with a substantial client base.

    You will drive Qualitative projects end to end across a variety of projects including pack testing, early-stage creative exploration, innovation, and brand development.

    Lead as a key point of contact for key client accounts, providing strategic direction and trusted advisory support across a variety of ad hoc and brand projects
    Translate research expertise into actionable insights that fuel business decisions and drive client satisfaction.
    Drive market revenue growth through client management and new business development.
    Guide junior members of the team to ensure project objectives are met and insights are effectively delivered.
    Act as a senior point of contact, facilitating clear communication and problem-solving to exceed client expectations.

    7-8 years' experience in a Research agency and/or client-side role with a focus on Qualitative research end to end
    ~ Strong understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for clients
    ~ Client Management:
    Experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
    ~ 70,000 – £80,000 + Bonus (Dependent on experience)
