    We're not here for big BS statements on the website, we just move with respect for our team and what they might need.

    For example, when the true extent of the cost of living was revealed, we immediately gave everyone a 5% pay rise.

    Now as we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to drive, lead and grow this part of the business as a standalone service, as well integrated alongside our Hype (communications & brand) and Demand (digital & social) campaigns.

    We're not looking for an old school approach, a lot of our work is centered on growth, positioning and transformation.

    The Head of Strategy is a thought leader within The Fitting Room:

    a strategic expert on how cultural trends, nuances, patterns, shifts, and movements impact not only our decisions as marketers, but the future as a whole.

    As an agency we deliver hype, demand and legacy for clients, this is driven by a deep understanding and love for how heritage, social movements and technology influence what becomes mainstream.

    You'll be a confident and trusted voice with our clients and an integral voice working alongside our client services team on new business.

    This role offers the right mind an opportunity to be a part of brand planning and creating a culture first approach.

    You will work across a range of clients from lifestyle, to hospitality, to celebrity, to entertainment. You will work closely with our delivery teams across hype, demand, new business and marketing.
    You'll be highly respectful of all communities and culture.
    Development and delivery of strategic guidance and across all channels for our clients in FMCG, Hospitality and Entertainment

    • Researching insights that go to a deeper level to inform our strategy work and creative
    • Spanning positioning, planning, campaign creative and activation, you will create and direct strategic solutions
    • Ensuring creative developed by the team is aligned to the strategy
    • Being up to date with the latest trends, consumer behaviour shifts and evolutions in technology to inform our insights and creative
    • A channel agnostic approach to strategy, understanding how this can guide creative and roll out across different mediums, considering what will land best where
    • You will collaborate with, and mentor them in the day to day delivery of projects and accounts
    • Setting the direction for our clients campaigns from planning, to ideation, to execution
    • You can relocate for one month of the year and work from anywhere – LIVE.
