    The Health & Wellbeing pillar is full of knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated staff, and this role leads them todeliver the following services:
    Food Education
    This includes planning,budgeting, funding, partnerships, quality assurance and risk management.

    You will be a role model of Cyrenians'values-led, relationships-based approach, with experience in managing, developing and supporting services andpeople.

    You'll be keen to use your excellent management skills to support your teams, build connections andshare learning across the Health & Wellbeing pillar and beyond.

    You'll bring knowledge of health and social inequalities, their impact on people today, alongside excellentpartnership-working and contract management skills.

    You'll have experience in building, developing andevaluating services. How we'll support you

    You'll be supported by an experienced Director of Services, and join a collaborative, knowledgeable senior managementteam, who will support you to develop and grow in your role.

    About Our Lotus Community
    The Lotus Community is based in North Edinburgh, we offer accommodation and support to unaccompanied asylum-seekingchildren.

    The purpose of the community is to provide a safe and supported living environment for the youngpeople to live, learn and develop together while they go through their asylum journey.

    Providing direct line management to a small team of staff

    • Overseeing the volunteer placements at Lotus and providing support when needed.

    We are looking for a flexible, well organised and passionate individual who is aware of the challenges our youngunaccompanied children face.

    You will have experience of working with a similar client group, excellentcommunication skills, and a creative approach to problem solving.

    You will also have line management experience,and be motivated to work towards positive change.

    You will be joining a staff team committed to the highest quality of care and support, and always striving to developfurther.

    Sitting under the Communications and Engagement team at Shelter Scotland, our tight-knit team comprises of aSupporter Mobilisation Manager, a Senior Marketing and Brand Executive, a Marketing Executive as well as aSupporter Engagement Executive (this role).

    As a team, we work to deliver on Shelter Scotland's ambitiousstrategy by leading our activities that help driver engagement both on a local and national scale.

    Our team also works closely with our other colleagues in Communications and Engagement, whether that beCommunications Executives and Content producers, or Web Developers and UX Designers, you'll be working alongsideour colleagues to help deliver our objectives in helping our fight to end the housing emergency.

    Working as a Supporter Engagement Executive, you will use your expertise to coordinate and deliver projects that aredriving engagement with our key audiences.

    You will ensure that we have a mass of people who can provide theirvoices in support of the work we do, as well as encouraging new and existing supporters to have a voice.

    As an experienced Supporter Engagement Executive, you'll be working with our Income Generation teams to support withfundraising and awareness projects to maximise our impact with Scottish audiences.

    Not only helping us to ensurethat Shelter Scotland can deliver on its supporter strategy, you will use mass-mobilisation to achieve supportergrowth which will help us to win our campaigns and achieve long-term change.

    Your day to day role will involve working with the Supporter Mobilisation Manager to develop and test new supporterpropositions and strategies, as well as producing powerful and engaging approaches and materials that align withour Shelter Scotland brand.

    This role is vital in helping us to build strong supporter relationships and create long-term commitment to the workShelter Scotland does and allow us to continue our fight.

    As well as having excellent communication skills, you'll be a data-driven individual who is able and confidentto assess the impact of work while adopting a test and learn approach.

    What's more, you'll be knowledgeable onintegrated channel planning as well as have a familiarity with paid media, including display, PPC, SEO andsocial media advertising.

    Ideally, you'll also have experience of using CRM Systems, Google Analytics, and emailmarketing software as well as knowledge of digital fundraising platforms.

    Four Square Scotland is an Edinburgh charity working for more than 40 years to prevent homelessness and promoteinclusion.

    We provide services directly to people who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness toovercome any barriers they may face in creating a stable life for themselves in their community.

    Alongside our support services, we have social enterprises, which provide independent income for our charity as wellas volunteering and training opportunities for those who use our services.

    The role of the Practitioner in our women's services is vital to help us achieve our aim of ensuring everyone hasa home, a place in their community and a network of positive relationships that support them in building thelife they want.

    Practitioners recognise people's strengths and work alongside them to build their confidence, self-efficacy,resilience, and motivation and help them feel safe and to heal from the trauma they have experienced.

    Practitioners also support people in developing practical skills, maximising their income, and developinghealthier coping skills, problem-solving skills, social skills, and employability skills that will assist themin creating the life they want.

    This role will be within one of our women's accommodation services, supporting women who have experienceddomestic abuse and other forms of gender-based violence and will require shift work.

    The Walled Garden is one of Cyrenians public facing services, where we support people on Community Payback Orders toput back into the community and develop their own horticultural skills.

    Set in a public space of half an acre within Dollar Park, Falkirk the garden is highly valued by the community, andis a home for events, volunteering and enjoying the tranquillity it has to offer.

    As Community Gardener you'll contribute to developing a creative and interactive garden and programme for thoseengaging with our services.

    You'll be part of a small garden team who engage with a real variety of people to help us meet our aims, includingthose on community payback orders and community volunteers.

    You'll be an experienced gardener with a dynamic 'can-do' attitude and a genuine interest in people, gardening andworking outdoors.

    Your enthusiasm and positive outlook will help you nurture an environment where people feelsafe, valued and an opportunity to gain new skills

    Our garden services are delivered 7 days a week and offer working flexibility for the postholder and meetingservice delivery needs.
