    We are currently seeking a muddy boots Health and Safety Advisor to cover the Buckinghamshire region, including a limited number of sites in Northamptonshire.

    Reporting directly to the Health and Safety leadership team, you will support the implementation of the HSEQ strategy, IMS, and conduct regular on-site visits to assess and monitor health and safety standards.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent planning abilities, and a proactive mindset. They should also be client-focused, possess commercial acumen, and have a track record of delivering results within tight deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Liaise with clients and internal H&S team membersAttend client H&S meetingsProvide support to site teams on all H&S mattersReview and improve safe systems of workAttend and advise during safe start meetingsInvestigate accidents or incidentsCoordinate training for project staff Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a busy site-based H&S role within the construction industry (preferably civils)

    Excellent communication skills A team player with technical expertise and experience providing health and safety support in the construction and building services sectors Proficient in IT with strong report-writing abilitiesDesirable Qualifications:
    NEBOSH Construction or equivalent First aid training
