    Description

    As an Alliance Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our strategic partnership with AWS, LaunchDarkly's most strategic global GTM partner.

    Ownership of Revenue and

    Pipeline Performance:
    You will be the primary point of contact for all regional GTM activities with AWS.

    Regional Strategy:
    Work cross-functionally with AWS and LD leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy with AWS.

    Elevate LaunchDarkly's Visibility:

    Increase LaunchDarkly's visibility and communicate our value proposition effectively through enablement activities with AWS account teams, regional leadership and GTM specialists.


    Territory and Account Planning:
    Develop comprehensive territory and account plans, proactively drive outbound pipeline generation, and collaborate effectively with LD Account Executives.

    Cross-Functional Alignment:

    Collaborate with internal and external AWS teams to build deep alignment of our offerings with customer business needs to accelerate market expansion.

    Passion for Learning and Growth: You are enthusiastic about continuous learning and personal development at LaunchDarkly.

    Adaptability:
    You excel in a fast-paced and dynamic organizational setting.
    7+ years of partnership experience with history of working with AWS
    ~ You have experience implementing and influencing a partner first strategy with internal sales teams, effectively driving new logo acquisition and expansion through partners.
    ~ Network of existing AWS contacts a plus.
