    The Opportunity:


    We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator with a knack for blending a business-oriented mindset with hands-on operational abilities to join our client's Supply Team.

    The perfect candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and the confidence to engage with various external suppliers.

    They require someone who is meticulously detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and quick to grasp new systems.

    Requirements of a Supply Chain Coordinator:

    • Proficiency in languages is a must - German language skills are preferred, consideration will also be given to candidates with fluency in other European languages
    • Background in supply chain or e-commerce is a plus
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
    • Ability to showcase strong problem-solving skills and initiative
    • Comfortable with independent work and a proactive approach
    • Strong attention to detail and adept at multitasking

    Responsibilities of a Supply Chain Coordinator include:

    • Managing warehouse operations, implementing logistics strategies, tracking goods from the point of origin to the warehouse, and overseeing deliveries
    • Handling procurement tasks such as sourcing, evaluating, and establishing contracts with new suppliers, as well as maintaining existing supplier relationships
    • Conducting negotiations on price, lead time, warranty, and payments
    • Analyzing supply chain data, resolving any issues, and devising contingency plans
