    Install Operations Manager

    Location: London - This role involves travel within the London region

    Salary: Highly competitive

    This is an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in assisting our customers with technical inquiries and influencing product development.

    We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Install Operations Manager. The Install Operations team is responsible for the installation and servicing of key products through third-party install partners. The team scouts, trains, negotiates, and monitors partner operations to ensure product availability, cost-effectiveness, and installation quality. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise in access control/intercom systems with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, along with program and vendor management skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple external install partners for residential building installations
    • Ensure smooth operations with high standards of installation speed and quality
    • Develop initiatives to enhance installation success and speed
    • Identify and onboard new install partners to expand coverage, reduce costs, or enhance quality
    • Conduct remote and on-site training for targeted technical teams
    • Compile and share test result data with relevant stakeholders
    • Act as an expert resource for end-user support processes
    • Provide on-site support investigation when necessary

    Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

    • Experience in program or project management
    • Hands-on experience with smart home devices and access control systems
    • Electrical background or equivalent qualifications and experience
    • Ability to define and streamline processes and workflows
    • Understanding of technical interdependencies
    • Familiarity with wireless communication technologies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Demonstrated track record of timely project delivery
    • Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions
    • Experience in selecting and integrating new partners
    • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
