    The Role:


    As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process, working closely with both students and teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

    You will provide tailored assistance to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their academic goals.

    Collaborating with teachers, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of lessons, using your creativity and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate students

    What We're Looking For:


    Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is essential, along with a genuine passion for supporting young people.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you will be building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
    Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude are essential attributes for success in this role
