    Description
    This junior role is seen as a career development stepping stone into a Product Manager position.

    Reporting to the Product Director for Europe, the Product Management Executive will join an established team in a dynamic and fast-moving industry.

    The Product Management Executive will be responsible for supporting a team of Product Account Managers in key administrative and process driven tasks that are critical to the day-today operation and continued success of the European business.

    These tasks require both efficiency and an eye to detail, and the successful candidate must be able to manage multiple work streams, so ability to multi-task is a must.

    In addition, the Product Management Executive will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of growing product accounts.

    The Product Management Executive will be responsible for each of the account's P&L and achieving targets set for sales, profit, margin, mix, product launches as well as all new merchant and product acquisitions and delivering new technology solutions to existing retail partners in the EMEA region.

    This position is remote, however candidate must be based in United KingdomResponsibilities:
    Supporting a team of Product Managers with day-to-day administrative and update tasks, including but not limited to;Day to day product set upChecking, maintaining and requesting physical inventory where requiredChecking, maintaining and requesting digital inventory where requiredPull together data, statistics and reports on product and merchant salesCollation, filing and deployment of product partner marketing assetsFiling key and strategic documents such as contracts, amendments and addendumsAct as database administrator for product catalogueCoordinate logistics for team meetings, both virtual and physicalTake minutes and follow up actions from meetingsInput and update information across multiple databases and project management toolsProactively driving the growth of small catalogue of growing / existing product partners through product additions, category management, promotional planning and formal account managementManaging and reviewing the account P&L's and developing plans to improve profitability in order to achieve targetsCommercial modeling for all proposed deals, gaining appropriate approvals with InComm senior leaders as requiredInteraction with all key international resource functions to manage all projects through from end to end and ensure projects/launches are delivered along agreed timelinesRegular and timely reporting and reviews of accounts, products and new business opportunitiesFollow technical processes to ensure projects and products are launched in a timely mannerQualifications:1+ years applicable experienceDemonstrated account management skills including negotiation and influenceBusiness analytical skills and ability to use initiative to accomplish projectsUnderstanding of the prepaid industry preferred but not essentialAbility to write clear and concise product launch plans/documentsAbility to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistentlyStrong inventory management skills and/or print production experienceEffective oral communication skillsEffective organisational, interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines while handling multiple/shifting prioritiesAbility to work independently and in team environmentProven strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of a businessAbility to develop and nurture relationshipsKnowledge of project management principlesComputer skills at the intermediate to advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project)Proficient presentation and commercial modeling skills
