    Associate Partner level position (Senior Director/Senior Principal) - London/hybrid (2 days in London per week). Global Market Access Strategy / HEOR Consultancy

    Role scope:

    • Hands on Senior Leadership role, a key part of a close knit leadership team made up of different backgrounds in the Market Access & Pricing, HEOR, HTA & RWE/Epi space
    • Part of a growing brand name, a senior 'sell and deliver' position, without hard sales targets
    • A chance to utilise your wealth of experience in a truly unique Consulting team
    • Leading on the delivery of client projects including being the primary contact for client management and accountable for efficient project delivery
    • Managing project teams including coordination of study design and protocol development where appropriate. We expect most projects would be for clients in the pharmaceutical sectors and many projects that you will lead will be working across service area groupings/teams
    • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on projects and engagements
    • Helping driving the business forward with new services, thought leadership and proposals, supporting growth of the existing offerings into new markets and extending the capabilities of the current offerings according to your expertise and track record
    • While this role is not to develop a new service area, we expect that there will be new services that we can provide to our clients that leverage your skillset, experiences and the existing skillsets across the department, particularly in the HEOR, HTA and Market Access Strategy teams
    • Contributing company brand and presence through thought leadership, working both with pharmaceutical clients alongside key stakeholders such as HTA bodies
    • This role will also include leveraging existing contacts across the life science sector and upselling and cross-selling on existing clients/prospects through projects you lead
    • Actively contribute to the development of the team
    • Line management

    Ideal profile:

    • 10+ years of experience in the healthcare, life sciences or consulting industries, with a track record of leading teams in delivering innovative high quality work
    • A demonstrable track record in prospecting and successful business development (however, there are no hard sales targets here)
    • Enjoyment in working as part of a small dynamic and growing team, comfortable leading on day-to-day project activities and managing the workload of junior members of staff
    • Initiative in every aspect of your work and be creative in developing original solutions to problems
    • Ability to manage your work and coordinate the work of multi-disciplinary teams with ease
