    Responsibilities:

    • Total Rewards Strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values.
    • Benefits:
      • Oversee the design of our global benefits program, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, insurance, and other perks.
      • Work in collaboration with our Agile team to maximize leveraging our programs to drive whole person wellness.
      • Manages renewal activities and related communications
      • Oversees the participation in benefits surveys and monitors competitiveness of our programs.
      • Manage relationships with different benefits vendors.
    • Compensation Management:
      • Lead and manage our compensation programs, including bonus plans, and equity compensation, while ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
      • Evaluate and classify job positions/levelling within the organization to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices as well as ensuring compliance with pay equity regulations.
      • Continuously monitor and analyze industry compensation and benefits trends to maintain the company's competitive position in the job market. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven decisions.
      • Leads our annual total rewards processes such as salary, bonus and LTIP reviews.
      • Support activities related to executive compensation programs specifically as it relates to the company's management information circular.
      • Provides advice and support People Business Partners on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
      • Oversees the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
      • Manage relationships with different compensation vendors.
    • Communication:
      • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about their compensation, benefits and recognition and how they align with the organization's goals.
      • Prepares and delivers training sessions on total rewards programs with the support of team members and in collaboration with People Business Partners
    • Performance Management: Collaborate with the Agile team and management to link compensation and recognition to performance management to help drive a performance culture.

    Requirements

    • 10 -15 years of proven experience in Total Rewards specifically experience with Global Compensation & Benefits
    • Experience managing a team
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, mathematics or related field
    • Ability to challenge and influence leaders and team members.
    • Advanced spreadsheet skills
    • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, regulations, and market trends.
    • Global group benefits administration understanding and experience.
    • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and data analytics tools
    • Experience with Executive Compensation + Stock Option programs
    • Attention to detail, organization and time management; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
    • Collaborative and adaptable; effective communication skills
    • Spoken and written English is a must, French is desirable and an advantage.

    Responsabilités :

    Stratégie de rémunération globale: élaboration et mise en œuvre d'une stratégie de rémunération globale complète qui s'aligne sur les objectifs et les valeurs de l'entreprise.

    • Superviser la conception de notre programme global d'avantages sociaux, y compris les programmes de santé et de bien-être, les plans de retraite, les assurances et autres avantages.
    • Travailler en collaboration avec notre équipe Agile pour maximiser l'effet de levier de nos programmes afin de favoriser le bien-être de la personne.
    • Gérer les activités de renouvellement et les communications connexes.

    Gestion de la rémunération :

    • Diriger et gérer nos programmes de rémunération, y compris les plans de bonus et la rémunération en actions, tout en garantissant des pratiques salariales compétitives et équitables.
    • Évaluer et classer les postes/niveaux d'emploi au sein de l'organisation afin de garantir des pratiques de rémunération justes et cohérentes et d'assurer la conformité avec les réglementations en matière d'équité salariale.
    • Surveiller et analyser en permanence les tendances du secteur en matière de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux afin de maintenir la position concurrentielle de l'entreprise sur le marché de l'emploi. Utiliser les données et les analyses pour évaluer l'efficacité des programmes de rémunération globale et prendre des décisions fondées sur des données.
    • Diriger nos processus annuels de rémunération globale, tels que les révisions des salaires, des primes et du LTIP.
    • Soutenir les activités liées aux programmes de rémunération des cadres, en particulier en ce qui concerne la circulaire d'information de gestion de l'entreprise.
    • Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux partenaires commerciaux en matière de décisions salariales, d'interprétations des politiques et d'évaluations des emplois.
    • Superviser la participation aux enquêtes salariales et contrôler les données des enquêtes salariales pour s'assurer que les objectifs de rémunération de l'entreprise sont atteints.
    • Gérer les relations avec les différents fournisseurs de services de rémunération.

    Communication:

    • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de communication efficaces pour informer les employés sur leur rémunération, leurs avantages sociaux et leur reconnaissance et sur la façon dont ils s'alignent sur les objectifs de l'organisation.
    • Préparer et dispenser des séances de formation sur les programmes de rémunération globale avec le soutien des membres de l'équipe et en collaboration avec les People Business Partners.

    Gestion de la performance:

    • Collaborer avec l'équipe Agile et la direction pour relier la rémunération et la reconnaissance à la gestion des performances afin de favoriser une culture de la performance.

    Exigences:

    • 10 à 15 ans d'expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la rémunération globale, en particulier dans le domaine de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux au niveau mondial
    • Expérience de la gestion d'une équipe
    • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en finance, en mathématiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
    • Aptitude à influencer les dirigeants et les membres de l'équipe.
    • Compétences avancées en matière de tableurs
    • Connaissance approfondie des meilleures pratiques en matière de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux, des réglementations et des tendances du marché.
    • Compréhension et expérience de l'administration des avantages sociaux au niveau mondial.
    • Connaissance du SIRH (système d'information sur les ressources humaines) et des outils d'analyse des données.
    • Expérience des programmes de rémunération des cadres et d'options d'achat d'actions
    • Souci du détail, organisation et gestion du temps; capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à gérer des priorités concurrentes.
    • Esprit de collaboration et capacité d'adaptation ; compétences de communication efficaces.
    • L'anglais parlé et écrit est indispensable, le français est souhaitable et constitue un avantage.
