    CONTRIBUTING TO THE GROWTH OF THE COMPANY

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and, together with the Account Director and relevant Product/Service Line leads, articulate the value proposition.
    • Work closely with Solutions Development team to identify non-GREF opportunities (Audible, Twitch, data centres, etc) involving the right JLL team(s) in order to develop winning solutions

    MANAGING THE ACCOUNT:

    • Work closely with the Account Director and Service Line Leads to develop and execute the account plan ensuring the client and JLL objectives and interests are met
    • With the AD, develop and maintain the account plan and ensure all JLL updates are submitted to plan
    • Provide the Account Management Leadership Team with insights on the state of the account and the strategic outlook
    • With the AD develop and maintain annual objectives and report on the same at monthly account management meetings
    • Maintain a communication plan for key client stakeholders
    • Supports strategic business initiatives and account-wide projects from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership/service line leads
    • Working with the Global Account Comms team, co-ordinate regional comms activities and events including generating the input collateral

    PERFORMANCE OF THE ACCOUNT:

    • Develop and manage the EMEA Action Plan(s) resulting from the Global Client Satisfaction Feedback, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them, and execute on improvements
    • Oversee EMEA KPI's and ensure that appropriate action plans are in place with KPI owners
    • Produce and maintain regular and ad-hoc MI for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), GREF Quarterly LT Meetings, Account Monthly Management Meetings, JLL LT Meetings, etc
    • Undertake efficiency reviews twice a year to demonstrate that the account resourcing is fit for purpose
    • Manage account and critical service risks implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
    • Develop and maintain and Action Log of management activity across the account including actions arising from country visits with the client
    • Oversee EMEA Innovation process and partner with the EMEA Innovation Director to share innovations from other JLL accounts.

    SERVICE DELIVERY

    • In response to complex service issues, lead 'Fire Drills' to manage the situation with the client, identify root cause analysis and implement associated remediation action plans
    • Develop and foster a strong culture of collaboration across all the in-region service lines and with the global service line teams
    • Partner with SSC Lead to ensure the consistent and reliable service delivery from the various SSC teams
    • With client approval and in conjunction with the central JLL product team, implement external benchmarking across the region for Opex costs, sustainability and user experience.
    • Drive a culture of bar-raising in the EMEA service delivery teams

    People

    • Work with the AD to maintain high team morale, trust and a fair workplace environment
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to other junior team members during more challenging projects and assignments

    Desired skills and experience for this job

    • 8 – 10 years of practical experience in Real Estate. Experience owning managerial duties and communicating results to senior leadership and clients.
    • Experience in driving change management plans aimed at setting up new services or profoundly transforming existing ones.
    • Hands on approach, attention to detail and ownership.
    • Ability to quickly assimilate information provided and translate into appropriate project actions.
    • Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills and experience with working closely with stakeholders from different backgrounds and with different roles and levels of seniority.
    • Proven experience in managing teams – hiring, coaching, talent development.
    • Relentless and tenacious drive to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes.
    • Comfortable with working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually, across several time zones, in a highly dynamic organization.
    • Be able to strategize with project sponsors, challenge outcomes and propose deliverables to ensure fit for purpose and scalable solutions
