- Contribute to the development of a sustainable Continuous Improvement strategy with the aim to successfully build business-wide CI capabilities, with a strong focus on customer outcomes
- Comply with the requirements, and act in accordance with, the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies at all times
- Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Values and guidelines and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times

- Lean/Six-Sigma/Process Re-engineering/Continuous Improvement specialist, demonstrable track record of being able to effectively apply the theory to practice
- Experience of establishing a culture of Continuous Improvement, by developing internal capability through up-skilling existing people
- Track record of delivering high impact continuous improvement initiatives that have sustained over time
- Strong stakeholder management experience, to ensure differing points of view are brought together to move them forward
- Disciplined with clear plans and excellent execution capability
- Experience in leading people through cultural change
- Solid understanding of lean, six sigma and systems thinking principles
- Strong understanding of the Company objectives and operations
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements specific to the Company and the functions under control
- People management and project leadership skills, and ability to motivate employees in a high pressurised environment
- Strong technical Continuous Improvement skills with proven track record of delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and negotiate right outcomes

We're looking for an Operational Excellence Delivery Lead to join our Operational Excellence team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex .

In this role you'll be accountable for delivering fit for purpose Operational Excellence improvement initiatives, owning and delivering a range of improvement projects, sponsored at Executive level, which deliver against agreed benefits targets. You will progressively build continuous improvement capability across the business to ensure Operational Excellence principles are core to the way the business operates
