    We are looking for a UK based dedicated individual to take complete ownership of our Sales and Administration (Remote Role).

    This crucial position involves managing all avenues of client communications in a timely manner, driving sales through good customer service, and coordinating events with our team.

    The role is remote but requires full commitment during UK term times (8am to 4pm).

    As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity for part ownership and to grow with our mission to inspire students through our educational initiatives.

    Prepare your responses in a word processor, then paste them into this form when you are ready to submit to avoid any risk of data loss.

    What methods do you use to manage a high-volume email inbox and phone calls to ensure responses are prioritised efficiently and effectively?

    Describe a time when you had to engage in a high volume of phone calls, such as for sales or customer service purposes.

    Have you had any exposure to project management/coordination responsibilities in your previous roles, even if it wasn't a formal part of your job description? Do you have any experience in working in a sales role? If yes, please describe your sales achievements.

    Imagine you receive emails from two schools that are both adamant about scheduling visits on the same day, but there is only one presenter available that day.

    Please describe the steps you would take (both if the initial complaint is via a call and an email).
    When learning a new task, do you prefer to try to figure it out first and then request help when/if needed, or do you prefer to have the task steps explained in detail so you can proceed with confidence? Have you used a CRM before? * Yes No I don't know what a CRM is
