    My client is an expanding international company with expertise in high-performance computing and data infrastructure. They are powering and enabling rapid growth across Generative AI, cloud capability and cryptocurrency mining.

    The current priority is to hire a Program Manager as Head of Change. This pivotal role reports to the Group COO and is tasked with creating a central change office with catchment of all change initiatives across all corporate functions plus technology areas during the company's ongoing growth phase.

    They excel in AI-driven High-Performance Computing and Infrastructure as a Service, whilst also having an extensive track record in cryptocurrency mining, they are committed to furthering the green credentials within cloud data centre infrastructure space.

    The company has a significant presence in North America and Europe, extensive real work physical technology assets and a brand which is increasingly visible on the global stage.

    This role is ideal for individuals eager to make a significant impact early in the company's growth journey. It involves shaping and constructing alongside an elite leadership team, creating a family of complimentary brands and capabilities that surpass international standards.

    The role of the Business Transformation Program Manager centres on program management, budget supervision, and engaging stakeholders. This position drives the alignment of activities within our three core business lines to optimize processes and resource utilization efficiently.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Strategic Mapping and Program Management: Lead the comprehensive mapping of activities within business lines, overseeing transformative program implementation. Develop and manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligning with strategic objectives.

    Budget Oversight: Spearhead budget development and management for transformative initiatives, ensuring resource allocation effectiveness. Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and take corrective actions to maintain budget compliance.

    Stakeholder Engagement: Establish robust relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and alignment with transformation goals.

    Communicate effectively to manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns during the transformation.

    Change Management and Integration: Design and execute change management strategies to seamlessly integrate activities across business lines. Foster communication and collaboration for a unified approach to transformational initiatives.

    Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making, optimizing program performance and resource allocation. Regularly assess program effectiveness and adapt strategies based on data insights.

    Qualifications:

    8+ years' experience in program management, emphasizing enterprise wide business transformation initiatives.

    A track record delivering change in big data, cloud infrastructure, high performance computing, GenAL, or quantum.

    Proven success in managing intricate programs, encompassing budget oversight and stakeholder engagement.

    Strong financial expertise including budget development, monitoring, and variance analysis.

    Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced certifications are advantageous.

    German language beneficial.
