    About the Role

    The Financial Controls team ensures P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow are reported timely and accurately on a monthly and annual basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Key direct report to Group Financial Controller
    • Ownership of Group P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
    • Production of IFRS Group annual accounts
    • Key contact for the Group external auditors
    • Monthly shareholder reporting
    • Ownership of transfer pricing
    • Analysis of exceptional items
    • Developing of a Group accounting manual
    • Support of various ongoing projects

    Qualifications

    • 4 + Years post qualification experience
    • Experience mentoring / leading junior staff members is preferred.
    • Strong IFRS knowledge
    • Relevant degree in Finance or Accounting
    • Track record of implementing strong financial controls
    • Excellent communication skills, and ability to work with various stakeholders
    • Able to perform insightful variance analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
    • Analytical and curious mindset
    • Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or comparable
