- Dealing with a number of regular guests and business associates over the phone and by email
- Co-ordinating and controlling bookings for your designated restaurants via Seven Rooms
- Ensuring that all booking procedures are followed to company standards
- Working in conjunction with the Private Dining Team
- Sharing feedback and essential information with the relevant teams
- Is available to work 45 hours a week (mixture of shifts, including weekends)
- Will be confident dealing with a people over the telephone and a variety of requests
- Has an excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Will be proactive and respond quickly to the needs of customers and the restaurants
