    Description

    Job Title: Quality & Assurance Lead
    Salary: £40,000 + £5,000 car allowance
    Location: London & South East Area
    Contract: Permanent, Full Time
    Hours: 37.5 hours per week

    An exciting opportunity to work for an established and reputable business in the Healthcare industry.

    The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and expereince working within the healthcare industry.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Experience within a similar role.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as CQQ and ICB.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Driving license due to travel.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure all site compliance standards are met, including CQC and ICB.
    • Lead and implement policies and procedures, develop systems and deliver training.
    • Assist with producing site-specific Quality and Assurance plans.
    • Producing reports to enable improvement.
    • Attending clinical governance meetings.
    • Identity solutions and put systems and processes into place.
