    Description

    Within our Technology practice, our primary goal is to help our clients unlock the full potential of our clients' IT resources. We work closely with CIOs, CTOs, and IT managers, providing strategic, tactical, and operational guidance to optimize their technology landscape. Our projects encompass various areas, including IT Strategy, IT Governance, IT Target Operating Models, IT Operations, IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Data Strategy and Data Governance.

    The Role:

    As a Senior Leader in IT Transformation, you will be at the forefront of guiding organisations through significant IT changes and digital advancements. Your role will involve collaborating with C-level executives and IT leaders to develop and implement transformative IT strategies. Drawing on your extensive experience, you will lead and mentor teams, driving successful IT transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, agility, and innovation within the organization.

    Responsibilities

    Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and IT requirements. Develop comprehensive IT transformation strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives.

    Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a reliable advisor throughout the IT transformation journey.

    Identify and grow new business with the support of the commercial teams.

    Conduct thorough assessments of the client's existing IT landscape, processes, and technologies. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement to form the basis of the transformation roadmap.

    Lead clients through digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative solutions to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

    Ensure that IT transformation initiatives align with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.

    Provide guidance to stakeholders on adopting new processes and technologies.

    Recommend and oversee the integration of new technologies and systems to optimize IT operations and enhance overall business performance.

    Identify potential risks and impediments associated with IT transformation projects. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success and security.

    Lead and manage cross-functional IT project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.

    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of IT transformation initiatives. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation, promoting ongoing innovation and optimization of IT processes.

    Experience

    • At least 8 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on IT transformation and digital strategy implementation.
    • Proven track record of leading and managing teams, inspiring collaboration and achieving project success.
    • In-depth understanding of IT trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to IT transformation and digital innovation (Solutions/Application Architecture, Cloud, Custom Software Development).
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to align IT strategies with broader organisational goals.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environments and navigate complex organisational structures.
    • Relevant certifications in IT management, project management (e.g., PMP), and digital transformation (e.g., CDT), ITL, Microsoft and Cloud are advantageous.
