    Job Description:

    As Head of Digital Client Products and Services, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and develop strategic solutions to address them. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, contribute to the growth of the business, and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Strategy and Leadership:

    • Lead the development and execution of the digital roadmap.
    • Act as the pivotal point for all digital initiatives, working closely with UX, product teams, and service designers.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with digital leads across various service lines, including HR, consulting, and IT.
    • Bridge the gap between service design and solution architecture.

    Commercial and Financial Acumen:

    • Develop business cases for new digital investments.
    • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and margin expansion.
    • Explore M&A opportunities with a tailored approach for future acquisitions.

    Key Requirements:

    • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to operate at a c-suite level.
    • Experience in building client-facing solutions and integrating client portal development.
    • Proven track record in digital strategy and execution, with exposure to SaaS being beneficial.
    • Knowledge of the SME space and a focus on areas like Payroll, Tax, and Audit.
