    Our story

    Londonist DMC is a student accommodation agency located in Central London. Since 2013 we have provided our clients with short-term and long-term accommodation, from 2 to 51 weeks, and considered leaders in finding the greatest' home far from home' experience for our students. We pride ourselves in delivering a five-star service with the help of an inspired team, innovative technology, and intentional partnerships. Currently have over 30 different locations across London in Zones 1, 2, and 3 and we have offices in Shanghai, Istanbul and London as HQ.

    Londonist DMC, as a company, has offices in London, Istanbul, and Shanghai. We are searching for an imaginative and vibrant social media and influencer marketing specialist to join our team at our London office. The ideal candidate will drive our social media strategy, manage influencer partnerships, organise events in the residences and create compelling content to engage our target audience of students.

    What you'll do

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring relevant, engaging, and on-brand content.
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive traffic to our website and increase occupancy rates.
    • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, student ambassadors and content creators in the student lifestyle space.
    • Coordinate influencer partnerships, including negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and tracking performance metrics.
    • Organise events and activities at our student residences to foster community engagement and promote our brand.
    • Regularly conduct interviews with students to create authentic and compelling content for social media and marketing materials.
    • Monitor and analyse social media metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and campaigns for maximum impact.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and the student accommodation industry.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in social media and influencer marketing
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Experience or comfortable working across several brands
    • A start-up, entrepreneurial and can-do attitude
