    Description
    The Origination and M&A Team blends local and central resources.

    Our servicing platforms have deep, local expertise and are supported by our central, Origination team that coordinates deal-flow, and a specialised Underwriting team.

    Builds a diverse set of differentiated, off-market and granular origination capabilities than can be funded by Arrow-managed funds and serviced by Arrow-owned platforms.

    Offers Origination colleagues a challenging and entrepreneurial environment to deploy and service capital alongside Tier-1 internal and external investors.

    Originates and executes investment, servicing opportunities for Arrow Management Services (AMS), acquisitions and joint ventures.
    Supports fundraisings.
    Participates in industry initiatives and sources and shares market intelligence.

    Our platform is unique and our pipeline highly diverse, with off market deals across a range of geographies and asset classes.

    The role is best suited to candidates with upwards of 2-3 years relevant experience in an investment bank and/or credit fund, private equity fund or big-four accounting firm (advisory).

    Perform rigorous financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, due diligence and closing of transactions for specific deal teams.

    Evaluate and endorse new capital deployment strategies, demonstrating expertise and sound judgement in evaluating the financial viability of investments.

    Assist in conducting due diligence on potential investment targets, including reviewing legal documents, conducting site visits, and liaising with external advisors and experts.

    Work with Deal leader to produce and deliver detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the senior management and investment committees.

    Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including co-investors, brokers, banks, and other financial institutions, to source potential investment opportunities.

    University educated (or equivalent) demonstrating outstanding academic attainment.
    3 years relevant experience in an investment bank, private equity fund, private credit / hedge fund, Big 4 accounting firms (TS/Advisory preferred)
    Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of other financial software is advantageous.
    Understanding of Private credit, including distressed debt, special situations, Private Debt, or Real estate assets.
