- Establish and lead multi-functional teams to achieve objectives within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Understanding and/or experience of ITIL V3 or v4.
- Bid Management: Association of Proposal and Bid Management Professionals (APMP) and Shipley bid management techniques.
- Understanding of commercial and/or satellite communications is required for this role.
- Project Management qualifications and experience in one of the following or similar: Association for Project Management (APM) Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified associate in project management (CAPM).
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.

The role
