- Target the business pipeline and close deals to exceed meet business targets.
- Identifying and establishing new business.
- Developing opportunities and following up leads via site visits.
- Meeting prospective clients and existing to bring in new business.
- Developing proposals/reports/sales literature .
- Maintaining a CRM tool to ensure a pipeline of projects is up to date for current opportunities.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to manager on sales activity.
- Giving demonstrations, training, and presentations to clients.
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Supporting other members of the sales team by training them in the uses of products/services.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience Sales Engineer role,
- Experience within the Water sector preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain resilient client relationships.
- Be competent with budgets & targets.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Full Clean Irish/UK/EU driving license is essential.
