    Woodland Group is recruiting an Air Import Coordinator for our team in Hayes, Middlesex.
    Woodland Group is recruiting an Air Import Coordinator for our team in Hayes, Middlesex.

    The Air Import Co-ordinator will work closely with the Import team and HMRC, prepping and clearing shipments through customs, working closely with other operation sections and departments.

    Reporting to the Air Freight Manager the Air Import Coordinator will supply a high level of service to both internal colleagues, suppliers, and clients alike when completing Import Customs formalities.

    Shift: 4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm.

    Monitoring ETAs of incoming shipments and keeping the import team and customers updated of any delays or changes in the schedule.


    • Housekeeping on internal systems.
    • Deal with all queries and claims quickly and efficiently.
    • Work with the import team to continually improve processes and business performance.
    • Understanding and adhering to all Woodland policies and procedures relevant to the role.
    You'll be experienced in Air Freight Imports, FCL and Customs Clearance from start to finish. Generous holiday allowance which rises with service.
